Location was decent. Several issues

The room really needed some help. the carpet looked dirty and the bedsheets did not cover things fully. the bathroom lacked basic items. I needed to ask them for shampoo. the ac remote made SO much noise all night. Sleep was not possible. IT was a waste.

The hotel's location is near a shopping center. The rooms were always clean and well maintained, this. I found the staff very helpful. They provided excellent service and were supportive whenever I needed assistance.
The room was too small for two people and the bathroom was also very small.
